Kingdom's Cleaners Ltd. was started in 2013 with a vision to create ‘Heaven on Earth, In your Home’ for residential clients. Our success lead us to expand our vision into the commercial sector.
We believe it is everyone's privilege to receive an excellent cleaning service whether in their home, leisure, or in the workplace. Our desire is to create a clean space for our clients so that there is no distraction to their clients’ or staffs’ ability to be productive or relaxed.
Over the last two years we have moved into the leisure sector.
Our aim to build on a portfolio of commercial contract clients in the future with organisations who will appreciate the benefit of having a cleaning service provider whose high-quality cleaning standard matches their own.
All our operatives come with a minimum 3 years cleaning experience in the commercial sector. We use work references, as well as DBS checks, where required. We aim to provide our clients with friendly, approachable and motivated staff, who will become a part of your team.
Working closely with our cleaning suppliers Janitorial Express, we have provided all our staff with an online training platform that they can use to increase their proficiency in the tasks they provide for our clients, as well as their own knowledge and skills. Using the Jangro Learning Management Solution each member of your team can be trained quickly and efficiently, ensuring our commitment to keeping our staff and clients safe, as well our high standards.
With courses in manual handling, health and safety and CoSHH as its foundation, we can then direct staff into areas that directly affect their jobs, such as washroom cleaning control. With your cleaning team not only site trained, but fully trained in all aspects of their professional duties, it will be one area that you won’t have to give to much of your time.
We believe that acquiring new clients should not take priority over maintaining the service of an existing one. Keeping lines of communication open by providing clients with a dedicated contract manger is key. A monthly meeting via phone, or face to face, ensures that we stay on the same page in terms of what we expect from the service and how we might adapt to seasonal changes.
Our 24 hour response to resolution of queries promise is something that has been at the heart of Kingdom’s Cleaners since its beginning. We will always strive to resolve an issue within 24 hours of receiving it, to the satisfaction of our clients.
We decided that when the opportunity arose we would become an organisation in our industry which champions the use of sustainable products. This would not only benefit the world we live in, but have a direct effect on our staff who use the products to clean with, as well as our clients, who have secondhand contact with all products we use.
We have chosen to use Greenspeed products. Greenspeed have sustainable, highly effective, and Cradle to Cradle certified products which do not pose a threat to the environment. Their products have achieved the gold standard in environmentally friendly cleaning products by rating in these 5 categories – Material Health, Material re-utilisation, Renewable Energy and Carbon Management, and Water Stewardship and Social Fairness. These products are literally a breath of fresh air!
We currently provide a bespoke contract cleaning service to variety of clients such as the charities HMCA in Camden and XLP on London Wall, architects Soda Studios in Clerkenwell, Triumph London showroom, Vauxhall. We also have clients in the leisure industry such as F45 Oxford Circus, F45 Vauxhall, F45 Milton Keynes, F45 Blackwall, and Energie Fitness Gyms in Borough and Catford.
